Finally got a chance to try this new critically acclaimed beef noodles #thongsmith who takes a step up on crowds' favorite boat noodles and boiled rice by serving them with premium toppings; tender braised beef tongue, sliced wagyu beef, or just old school stewed beef and tendons, you name it. And while Thongsmith is well known for its boat noodles, their shredded chicken noodles are also a delicacy. I tried two of their variants; vanilla and mid-spicy. The ingredients are of exquisite quality; the noodle is in that sweet place between chew-a-thon and smoothly shreddable, this also applies to the boiled chicken as well; you know it's quality when you chew and it doesn't mush. For the spicy variant, loved the taste teetering towards the salty spectrum, however it left my stomach in flux, so go for mildly spicy. The one con, which I find to be a sin is the fact that the broth weren't chicken stock, but tastes like porridge broth, which is kind of out of place when you order vanilla. However, the whole thing is presented with high value that once you have seasoned your bowl, you'll be basking in glorious noodle experience that rivals one of Thailand's big chain

และถึงร้านนี้จะดังเรื่องเตี๋ยวเรือ แต่รู้ป่าวว่าเตี๋ยวไก่ฉีกของเค้าก็ฟินมาก้เช่นกัน นี่ไปลองมาสองแบบ: น้ำใส กับน้ำแซ่บเผ็ดกลาง ที่รู้สึกเป็นอย่างแรกเลยคือวัตถุดิบดีมาก เส้นเหนียวนุ่มกำลังดี ส่วนไก่ฉีกก็รู้เลยว่าใช้ของคุณภาพ เนื้อไม่เละยุ่ยเวลากัด น้ำซุปแซ่บก็ดีน้า ชอบที่ซุปมีความเค็มนำ เปรี้ยวหวานตาม แต่กินเผ็ดเกินท้องเสียเลย 555 คราวหน้าต้องมาโดนแบบเผ็ดน้อยแทน ผิดหวังอย่างเดียวคือน้ำซุปมันเหมือนน้ำซุปใส่ข้าวต้ม ไม่เหมือนซุปต้มโครงไก่ในร้านเตี๋ยวไก่อื่นๆ เลยแปร่งๆเล็กน้อยเวลาทานแบบน้ำใส อย่างไรก็ตาม รวมๆแล้วรู้สึกว่าชามนี้คุ้มค่ามาก สู้กับเตี๋ยวไก่เจ้าดังอีกเจ้านึงได้เลยย
